April Graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She obtained a Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Real Estate. She has since been employed in the real estate industry as a broker. She has also taken several real estate appraisal courses to enhance her knowledge of the markets and property valuations. Mary has been engaged in the real estate industry since 1989 as a past secretary for a real estate company. After passing the real estate exam in the fall of 2004 she continued as secretary but with the added sales license was a more integral part of the sales team switching to full-time sales in the fall of 2005.

In August Mary successfully completed courses and the exam to earn her Broker's license and is now an Associate Broker.
